Anton Setiawan
President Commissioner
Tunas Group’s founding father with more than 40 years of experience as an automotive retail business professional. Appointed as President Commissioner since 2010. Previously served as President Director of the company for approximately 23 years. He has family relationships as father of President Director Rico Setiawan, as husband of Commissioner Suliawati Tjokro and as uncle of Director Tenny Halim.
Wilfrid Foo Tsu-Jin

He also acting as Managing Director, Direct Motor Interest at Jardine Cycle & Carriage. Previously he was a Chief Executive Officer in Cycle & Carriage Bintang since May 2017. He has experiences as Business Executive Officer at a multinational FMCG company where he held senior roles in brand management, marketing, sales, account management and global change projects, based in Singapore, Switzerland, China and Malaysia.
Wilfrid has an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers State University of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Business degree from Monash University, Melbourne.
Hong Anton Leoman

Appointed as Commissioner in 2016. Previously served as Director of Tunas Group in 2005-2015. Held managerial and senior executive positions in the automotive industry and was appointed President Director of PT Tunas Dwipa Matra in 2002. Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Trisakti in 1988.

Alfredo Chandra
Commissioner
Appointed as Commissioner in May, 2023. Alfredo Chandra is the Finance Director, Direct Motor Interests at Jardine Cycle & Carriage (“JC&C” or “the Group”) and Cycle & Carriage Singapore. He is responsible for overseeing the Group’s motor operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar and Indonesia (excluding those held by Astra).
Alfredo was formerly the Chief Financial Officer and Director at PT HERO Supermarkets Tbk (“PT HERO”), a leading retail group in Indonesia operating well-known brands including IKEA (home furnishing), Guardian (Health and Beauty) and HERO (Supermarkets). PT HERO is part of DFI Retail Group, a Jardine Matheson subsidiary. Alfredo joined Jardines as a Corporate Finance Manager at JC&C where he was responsible for new investments and business development for the Group across Southeast Asia.
Prior to Jardines, Alfredo worked as a consultant in strategy advising multinational companies across different industries in Asia Pacific.
Alfredo graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a Bachelor of Economics degree (majoring in Finance and Econometrics) and is a member of CPA Australia. He is the Treasurer of MINDSET Care Limited, a Jardines-led charity focused on mental health.

Rico Adisurja Setiawan

Indonesian citizen. Appointed as Director from 1996 to 1998 and again in 2001. Serving as President Director since 2010. Holds key role in the supervision and coordination of the Group’s daily operations. A graduate from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992 and earned a master’s degree from the School of Business Administration, Woodbury University, in 1994. He has family ties as cousin of Director Tenny Febyana Halim, and as the son of President Commissioner Anton Setiawan and Commissioner Suliawati Tjokro.
Nugraha Indra Permadi

Indonesian citizen. Joined the Tunas Group in 2005 as Head of Marketing Planning Development. Later served as Human Resources Department (HRD) Manager from 2007-2011. In 2012 appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO), PT Tunas Dwipa Matra until 2014. Officially appointed Director of Tunas Group in April, 2014. Holds a master’s degree from Bandung Institute of Technology.
Andrew Ling

Malaysian citizen, 39 years old. Pointed as Director of the Company in October 1, 2021. Formerly served as Group Finance Director of Jardine Restaurant Group (“JRG”). He first joined The Jardine Matheson Group in 2014 as Corporate Finance Manager and was appointed Head of Corporate Finance of Jardine Restaurant Group - Hong Kong & New Markets in 2016 and Finance Director of Pizza Hut Hong Kong & Macau in 2017. Prior to joining The Jardine Matheson Group, He started his career with Ernst & Young in Malaysia and moved to Ernst & Young Hong Kong in 2008 where he was an Associate Director in the Corporate Recovery and Restructuring division. Andrew is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He earned Bachelor of Art in Finance (First Class Honours) from University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom in 2004.
Tenny Febyana Halim

Indonesian citizen. Graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1997. Formerly worked at Jardine Fleming Nusantara, Charles River Associates, Los Angeles, and UOB Asia, Singapore, she joined the Human Resources department of PT Tunas Ridean Tbk in 2004. Served as Director of a subsidiary, PT Tunas Financindo Sarana, and as Deputy Director of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance. Currently serving as President-Director of PT Surya Sudeco. She has family ties as cousin of President-Director Rico Setiawan and as niece of President-Commissioner Anton Setiawan and Commissioner Suliawati Tjokro.
Esther Tanudjaja

Indonesian citizen, 47 years old. Pointed as Director of the Company in Juni 18, 2021. Formerly served as VP Accounting and Finance at PT Tunas Ridean Tbk. She is joining the Company in 2006 as Accounting General Manager. She also formerly worked as Finance Manager PT Formis Solusi Indonesia (2003-2006), Finance Manager Busana Apparel Group (2002), Internal Audit Supervisor Hotel Kristal (1999-2002) and Group Finance & Accounting PT Metropolitan Intrapacific (1999).
